Coming Spring 2022!
See the cover of Potiphar’s Wife take shape when you CLICK HERE and arrange the 40-piece #CoverReveal puzzle! The team at WaterBrook & Multnomah have created a stunning cover for a book unlike any I’ve ever written.
Three main characters leap off the pages with heart-rending stories of love, betrayal, and redemption that will challenge all you thought you knew of Joseph’s life in Egypt.
You’ll meet Zuleika, Potiphar’s wife, a woman whose name is mentioned in both the Quran and Legends of the Jews. How did she meet Potiphar? Was she Egyptian? Or was she Cushite as some historical records suggest? Perhaps she came to Egypt from another culture as yet unexplored in modern thought. I can hardly wait for you to meet her!
We’ll talk more about Zuleika in the weeks and months to come and, of course, we’ll study Joseph and his life and lessons in Egypt. But there’s a third character you’ll meet. Let’s keep her a secret for now . . .
Let’s Celebrate!
Some of you may have read the first two books I wrote about Egypt: The Pharaoh’s Daughter (Waterbrook, 2015) and Miriam (Waterbrook, 2016).
Since Potiphar’s Wife has taken me back to the wild and wonderful research of Ancient Egypt, I thought we’d do a giveaway! But which of those two books should be the prize? Hmmm…
Howsa ’bout Miriam…since it’s coming to audiobook format in June (hooray and waaaahoooooo!!!).
